The Novopokrovskaya district of Krasnodar region to present a mega-project in the processing industry

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to implement a large-scale project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing multifunctional mini machninery and attachable equipment to it.

It is expected to implement a large investment project in the Novopokrovskaya district. Within the framework of the project it is planned to organize a screwdriver assembly plant of multifunctional mini machinery (mini tractors) as well as the attachable equipment to it. As stipulated by the project, the plant will manufacture 2600 pieces of mini tractors and attachable equipment: 720 pieces of buckets, 2160 pieces of excavators, 2480 pieces of forks for loads, 1280 pieces of sweeping brooms and 1840 pieces of dump trailers. It is planned to sell the products to large and small agricultural commodity producers, peasant farm enterprises, construction and utility enterprise, local community and others.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1927.6 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 419 new jobs.

A land plot of 20 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novopokrovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road (0km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Tikhoretsk-Salsk" is 2 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 185 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Eya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 185 km.
