The Novopokrovskaya district to present an investment project in the agricultural sector

The municipality offers to implement a profitable project on the construction of a slaughtering enterprise in the district.

The presented investment project provides for organizing the construction of an enterprise specializing on slaughtering. The plant will produce up to 920 tons of semi-carcass beef and 492 tons of semi-carcass pork per year. The products will be sold to meatpacking plants, meat-processing plants, wholesale and retail commercial enterprises and public catering enterprises.   

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 209.41 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2 years and 9 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 97 new jobs.

A land plot of 160 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ilyinskaya Cossack village. There is a local road (0km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Tikhoretsk-Salsk" is 20 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Novopokrovskaya Cossack village is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 185 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Eya is 25 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 185 km.
