Novopokrovskaya district plans to implement a project on the construction of a processing enterprise
The entrepreneurs are offered to invest into the project on the construction of an enterprise on sapropel extraction and the related processing into humus.
The investment project implies the organization of the construction of an enterprise on sapropel extraction and the related processing into humus. The enterprise will produce over 84.5 thousand tons of humus. This product will be merchandised to the Russian agricultural producers, local farmers, allotment gardeners and cottagers. The main competitive advantages of the prospective enterprise are availability of own raw material resources base, low cost of raw materials, wide sales geography and full manufacturing composite lead time.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 49.30 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years and 3 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 18 new jobs.
A land plot of 150,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Zarechnyj township. There is a local road, "Novopokrovsky township – Zarechnyj township" (0km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novopokrovskaya Cossack village – Caucasian Cossack village" is 2 km.
