The area of investment-attractive plot is 2,275 sq. m. The site is located in Novopokrovskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway "Salsk – Tikhoretsk" is 0.7 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 200 km. The distance to the nearest train station Eya (Salsk department North - Caucasian Railways) is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km.

The site is state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
